We utilize a blended approach that combines classical technical foundations with creative exploration. For our Radiant Young Pianists (ages 5-7), we focus on sensory-based learning, storytelling through music and games that make posture and note-reading an engaging adventure rather than a chore.
How long are the lessons, and how often do they occur?
Standard lessons occur weekly. Beginners typically start with 30-minute sessions, while intermediate and advanced students often benefit from 45 or 60-minute lessons to accommodate deeper repertoire study and technical development.
Do you prepare students for AMEB exams or competitions?
Absolutely. However, while we encourage formal assessments to track progress, exams are entirely optional and tailored to each student's personal goals and readiness.
What are the expectations for home practice?
Progress is built in the daily moments at the keys. We recommend short, consistent daily practice sessions (15-20 minutes for beginners) rather than one long session. We provide clear practice logs and creative assignments to help parents support their child's routine at home.
How are tuition fees handled?
Tuition is billed by the school term in advance. This ensures a consistent weekly time slot is reserved exclusively for your child. We offer convenient digital payment options and provide a sibling discount for families with multiple students enrolled.

Is there a long-term commitment?
We operate on a per-term basis. This allows for steady progress and consistent growth. We simply require 4 weeks' notice for any changes to your enrollment.

How do I book my first lesson?
Booking is simple through our enrollment form. Once submitted, we will contact you to schedule a recurring weekly time slot that fits your family's schedule.
Can I reschedule a missed lesson?
Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability. If notice is given 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to provide a makeup credit or find an alternative time.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to other students or adjust our instructors' schedules accordingly.
Are there lessons during school holidays?
Our regular term follows the standard school calendar. However, we offer optional intensive workshops and holiday programs for those who wish to continue through the break.
